A mixed bag of tunes was on our menu again this week, starting with Traffic’s second single... still a great song
despite bringing to mind ‘Neil the hippy’ every time we hear it! We featured cuts from an
assortment of new releases, including two of
our current faves, Ty Segall & White Fence’s ‘Hair’ LP and ‘Bloom’ by Beach House, plus
tracks taken off slightly older albums by
the likes of Espers, Asteroid #4 and the Frowning
Clouds, as well as a brilliant Beatles’ cover by Pete Shelley and a classic from the Psychedelic
Furs debut LP,
before finishing with our June “Band of the Month”,
the mighty Sunnyboys... these and a whole bunch more were played for your listening delight by the Cat & the Brat.....

Ah, Frank Black, the classic!
Since you're into music, have you ever seen this video (and others) of this crazy drummer. The band blows, but the drummer is insane and great!
