Today’s show was our first in our new, later timeslot! We still broadcast on Adelaide’s wonderful, eclectic, independent, all-volunteer, premier music radio station, 3D Radio 93.7fm, every Tuesday, but we have moved... the show now runs from 2pm until 4pm. And for the first time in quite a while, all three ‘DOTS’ (Michael Hunter, Megan Cat & Peter Brat) were together in the studio to present ‘Obscured by...’ and the excitement was palpable! And the music? As always, we presented the rare (e.g. Indonesian psych-rock, the Black Angels new rarities/b-sides compilation on white vinyl), the exclusive (preview from Adelaide band Kamikaze’s new album), the strange (Roy Wood, the Rutles etc) and, of course, the obscure, such as the selection of 60’s German bands, including ‘Inner Space’ who later became ‘Can’, Australian singer Sharon Black who died tragically in 1970 after making a handful of singles, UK prog band ‘Leaf Hound’, plus lots more...
